I wanted to try something new for dinner. Although this is normally for brunch but I made some Quiche Parcels.
Quiche is basically oven-baked dish made from eggs and milk/cream.
So my version I add some veggies to make it different: baby spinach, asparagus, white onions, tomatoes, spring onions and cheese.
